Impact modified acrylic, built for the water.
It is an impact modified acrylic glazing engineered for marine use. It blocks 98% of UV, transmits 91% of light, and won't shatter, which is why we specify it for every hard enclosure. Here is how it compares to clear vinyl.
Polycarbonate and Strataglass figures are published by their manufacturers. EZ2CY® impact modified acrylic UV, clarity, and yellowing figures per ASTM D1003 and D1925.

The old knock on hard enclosures in Florida heat was trapped warmth. We solved it. EZ Vent is built-in ventilation that moves fresh air behind the panels without wind intrusion or noise, and closes off for a fully sealed enclosure when the weather turns.
It integrates into the acrylic framing itself, which is structurally impossible on soft vinyl. Specify it at design time, not as an afterthought.

On-vessel measurement
We board your vessel and measure every panel opening, frame structure, and mounting point, accounting for hardware and frame curvature.

In-house fabrication
Impact modified acrylic panels are cut, edged, and fitted in our Riviera Beach shop. Frames are built from marine-grade aluminum, and EZ Vent hardware is installed where specified.

Professional installation
We fit every panel on your vessel and walk you through operation, EZ Vent use, and cleaning. Correct handling from day one is key to long panel life.
Care & cleaning
More scratch-resistant. Still worth caring for.
Impact modified acrylic holds up far better than vinyl, but the right products keep it crystal clear for the long haul. We make a dedicated care line for acrylic and isinglass.
âš Do not use
Never use Windex, Rain-X, acetone, or alcohol-based cleaners on acrylic. They cause permanent crazing and clouding. Skip Rain-X and silicone products too.
